1. Definitions

"Service" means the IPTV Subscription streaming service providing access to live TV channels, movies, series, and VOD (Video on Demand) content. "You" means the customer or subscriber. "We", "us", "our" means IPTV Subscription.

2. Service Overview

IPTV Subscription provides access to a vast library of live television channels (39,000+) and on-demand content (230,000+ titles) via internet streaming. To use our service, you need a compatible device (e.g., Fire TV Stick, Smart TV, Android box, PC, Mac, or mobile device) and a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for HD streaming. We do not provide internet access or hardware. Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One subscription permits simultaneous streaming on the number of connections you have selected (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 screens). Sharing your login details with others beyond your plan limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• All subscriptions are prepaid and available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, and other PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder before your plan expires and must manually repurchase to continue using the service.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial – no payment is required for the trial period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, restream, rebroadcast, or redistribute our service in any form.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to abuse server locations or circumvent regional restrictions.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised users or on public platforms.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account without any refund.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by your internet service provider (ISP), your device, or third-party broadcasters. Our 24/7 technical support team is available to assist with any issues you encounter. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance wherever possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, all sales are final and non-refundable after activation. We encourage you to take advantage of our free 24-hour trial to test compatibility and performance before making a purchase. Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as a confirmed server outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and software are the exclusive property of IPTV Subscription. Channel content is provided via licensed aggregators and is subject to their respective copyrights. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to view the streams for your own personal use only.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not own the broadcasted channels or content. We are an IPTV access provider only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of IPTV services is legal in your country of residence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, IPTV Subscription is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability to you is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for any breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any misuse of our service. Upon termination, your access will cease, and no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belfast.
